Elena Overview

Elena is a Rider hero built around flanking damage and punishing rally attempts. Her Rage Skill ticks damage on the target every second for a few seconds, hitting even harder if the target is flanked, and her passive kit doubles down on that theme with bonus Rider DEF, extra damage against flanked targets, and stronger basic attacks once her Rage is above 50%.

On top of her offensive kit, she also has a defensive layer: a chance to reduce incoming AoE damage, which helps her survive being caught out during rallies or large skirmishes. Her overall design makes her especially good at countering enemy rallies and fighting on Alliance territory.

Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths
  • Strong sustained damage over a few seconds, further boosted against flanked targets.
  • Basic attack damage scales up significantly once Rage is above 50%.
  • Chance-based AoE damage reduction adds real survivability in big fights.
  • Excels specifically at countering rallies and defending Alliance territory.
Weaknesses
  • Best damage output depends on flanking the target, which isn't always possible.
  • AoE damage reduction is chance-based, not guaranteed.
  • High-Rage basic attack bonus requires building up Rage first.

Hero Story

Elena has lived since childhood in a town with strong traditions. She was raised by criminals but grew up to become a law keeper. When confronted with criminals, instead of sticking to police regulations, she used every means necessary to catch the crooks. Thanks to the police's efforts, numerous criminals in the town were arrested, in hopes of restoring peace.

However, when the Zombie apocalypse hit, the town was almost completely razed to the ground. When Elena sought refuge at the police station, she discovered that the only survivors in the town were her and the inmates of the prison. Faced with the prisoners she herself had once locked up, she hesitated over whether to release these vile criminals or let them die in prison. In the end, Elena freed all the criminals and watched them leave.

Today, Elena single-handedly enforces justice in this post-apocalyptic world. She can be hired by anyone, but it's up to her whether she fulfills her employer's demands. She wouldn't hesitate to kill bandits for a child's smile, and she is willing to suppress uprisings of hungry people for the shelter's leader.
