Victor Blackwood is a Standard Leader hero designed around a heavy single-target rage skill that becomes noticeably stronger when used in garrison. His passives buff his own troops' Attack and HP outright, reduce incoming skill damage, and reward leading a mixed-troop composition, while his final passive adds a chance for bonus damage on normal attacks and extra HP while garrisoned.
His awakening upgrades his rage skill directly, increasing both its base damage and its garrison damage bonus, making him a reliable defensive and rally-support pick for accounts running Leader-based formations.

Victor Blackwood was once head of laboratory security for a biological organization. Though he never held a high position, years of service made him ambitious, and he became one of the members who tried to profit from the organization's powerful biotechnology. When the Zombie apocalypse struck, Victor happened to be in the lab. He was infected with the Zombie virus but refused to become a Zombie. He took the risk of applying untested methods from the lab's research to halt his transformation, and the treatment worked - he was not only spared from being consumed by the virus but also transformed into a kind of biochemical weapon. This power came at a price: Victor now needs more of the organization's technology to preserve his humanity. But having tasted this transformative power, he grew convinced it was the only way to change the world and restore order.
